Look at what I made!!!

Isn't this jumper so cute!! Not to bad for my first sewing project. Klaire has so many things that Fama (grandma) made, and if her hair or nails are done she says that nut (Annette) did it. So hopefully I can finally get credit for something.

She is so excited to wear it to church tomorrow. She is going to look so cute!!!

We have Spirit yes we do...

It is school spirit week for Kalli and Kyle. This is always a fun time of year. They love pajama day and hat day, but nothing is as fun as mis-matched day.

Her mother would have Never gone out like this!

Kyle likes his clothes to match so this is harder for him than it is for Kalli.

They both had a great time at school today. They were mis-matched perfectly!!!

Celine Dion...Finally!!!

We have had tickets to this concert for way over a year, and it finally came!
It was Amazing!
We had so much fun. Her opening act was the funniest thing I have ever seen. And Celine always puts on a good show. This one was nothing like her Vegas show, it was a concert, not a theatrical production. We Loved It!! So worth the wait!
I think we were the only ones that followed the rules and didn't take our camera in, and now I am so bummed. I wish I had some pictures to post, but I will just have to settle for the $25.00 program that was not worth the money.
It's over...whew!

For the first time ever we were asked to speak as a family in sacrament meeting. First of all, I feel like we were tricked. I didn't know they called you into the bishops office to ask you to speak. Kurt and I both have callings, so when they called us in we couldn't imagine what it was for. After the formalities the first thing he asked was if we were going to be around on Feb. 22, what do you say except for...yeah? So he says "Well great, we would like your family to be the sacrament meeting program that day then." We walked out in complete shock! But it went great, my kids did awesome.
Kamren wasn't feeling very good so he feel asleep before his talk, so Kurt woke him up, helped him say his talk, and he went back to sleep. It was so funny. His primary teacher said he should be in the High Counsel because he falls asleep so easily on the stand.
Kyle did so good, he didn't even want me to stand by him to help in case he got nervous, he didn't have trouble on any of the words. I am so proud of him, and when he was done the first thing he did was take of his tie because it was Killing Him!
Kalli, of course, did great. I think she was the least nervous out of all of us. She definitely has a different personality than I do. Things like this don't even phase her. She is amazing!!!
Kurt's talk was awesome. He was so at ease at the pulpit. You would have thought it was millionth time, not his first.
I am so proud of my family!!!!

What a Day...

We woke up yesterday, just like any other day. Hurry the kids off to school and go about morning chores. Except Klaire just didn't act like she felt good and her cheek was a little bit swollen. Being the great mom that I am, I shrugged it off and went about my day. I even took the kids to McDonalds for lunch with my sweet friend Autumn. But Klaire who usually inhales her hamburger wouldn't touch it because her mouth hurt. That did it... I called the dentist and he said to bring her right in. And out we came with 5 less teeth than she went in with!!! I was not prepared for that!

so we went from this cute smile...

to this one...

Still a pretty cute smile!!!

I am so glad she will still smile at me because that was quite the day.

Is it Baseball season already?

My baseball loving boys have already started practicing for the accelerated baseball spring league. I guess its a good thing I like to watch them play, and be the coaches widow while Kurt spends quality time with our boys teaching them to play and love the game of baseball.

Kyle is going to be a GREAT pitcher!!!(just like his dad)

Even though Kam is only 4, he can keep up with the big boys!

And so it begins...Another year full of days spent at the ball park. Play Ball!!!!
