Meet Our Babies...

We have Puppies!!!
My kids are so excited...almost as excited as Kurt! They are a week old and so cute. They all have their own puppy to name and it was a long and grueling process. Klaire's puppy if woof woof woof (or just woof for short), Kyle's is Buddy, Kamren's is Mohawk, Kalli's is Princess, and one more named Woody. They are already getting so big. I am not looking forward to having 5 puppies running wild through my house.

And they call the thing a FISH rodeo...

During the Spanish Fork Celebration they have a fish rodeo. They bring in a huge wading pool and drop trout in it for the kids to catch, either with their hands or with a net. I never thought that Klaire would want to get in that dirty water and be surrounded by fish, but she was the most excited by far. It was Kamren that wasn't so sure about it. If I would have known before they got in that we got to keep the fish, I don't know that I would have let them do it. What am I going to do with 3 fish that the kids won't let us eat?

Waiting in line to go into the water. (I scratched Klaire trying to get her to turn around to take the picture.)

Her FISH!! I think it might be sleeping in her bed tonight. She LOVES it!!

Baptism Day

July 4Th will never be the same again! We will now always remember it as the day Kyle was baptized. It was such an amazing day, except for we all had to be at the church at 8:30a.m. He has been looking forward to this day for a long time. Kurt did a great job. Kyle only had to go under ONCE... Kyle was really nervous about that. We are all so blessed to be members of the church and for right now I have one Perfect child!!!

Congratulations Kyle! We are so proud of you.

Family Night At the Lake

Every year we try to go at least once up Payson Canyon to the reservoir and have a picnic. The kids always think they want to swim, but once they feel how cold the water is they rethink getting in. Kalli loved feeding all the little critters that would come right up under our feet begging for food. I love to walk around the lake, it is so beautiful. If I could somehow get over having bugs all around me it would be perfect!

We had so much fun and hope to go again soon...hopefully before baseball starts again in August!
